We were initially given a smaller room, but the staff graciously moved us to a larger one the next day. The attention at the reception desk was always friendly and attentive. The hotel's location in the hills provided beautiful views of the gardens and surrounding hills. The shuttle service was convenient for getting to downtown Florence. The hotel had a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere, and the gardens were well-maintained. The breakfast had a good selection, including fresh fruit juices. I highly recommend this hotel for a charming Tuscan villa experience.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me, as it was on top of a hill slightly out of town, surrounded by beautiful nature. The hotel facilities were excellent, and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff, especially Mario, were friendly and helpful, and they even offered free transportation to and from the city center. The breakfast had a great selection, including a fresh fruit juice section where I could create my own combinations. The hotel is situated in an amazing garden, with stunning views and beautiful sunsets in the evenings. the experience was amazing.
